Rooms

The home is spread across 3 levels, with a dedicated lift giving access to all floor levels. We rigorously adhere to the UK safety requirements within the building to maintain a safe environment for all.

If you would like to visit the home with a view to accommodating a family member or friend, please contact us and we will be happy to show you around.

We offer standard rooms and also en-suite rooms, all furnished to a high standard. Our housekeeping team ensure all residents are able to enjoy clean, safe and comfortable accommodation.

Bryden House Care Home Rooms

Residents are encouraged to furnish the room with anything that will make them feel at home, obviously appropriate to the size of the room. Please do remember that care staff must work in the room, so allow sufficient space for them to work safely and comfortably. If the resident would prefer the Care Home’s furniture, that will not be a problem. We have seven rooms with en-suite facilities, each room has a call bell system, television and telephone point. The resident may wish to have their own private telephone installed, please see the care home manager who will assist with this. There is Wi-Fi available in the room, and throughout the Care Home. The Wi-Fi passcode can be obtained from a member of staff.

If the resident plans to keep money in their room, please bear in mind it will be their responsibility to ensure it is kept safe. We recommend that residents do not hold large amounts of money as cash but instead ask them to discuss their needs with the Care Home Administrator, who can arrange to hold personal money securely in the safe. The admin office is normally open between 10am and 2pm weekdays.

In addition to the residents rooms, we have 3 communal bathrooms, one of which is a walk in shower/wet room, plus we have plenty of toilets throughout the building.
