Current Survey Results

  • Surveys are anonymous, unless a resident or advocate wishes to be identified.
  • As part of our continued effort of improving service quality, we carry out several questionnaires annually.
  • Surveys show, the management and leadership at Bryden House encourage and deliver an open fair, transparent, supporting, and challenging culture in almost all levels and occasions.
  • We will continue to make improvements to ensure we excel in all areas of management and leadership.

'Responsive' Survey (September 2019)

  • Service users and advocates were asked questions relating to the CQC key question “responsive”

  • 67% of residents completed the survey.
  • A few residents where unable to take part in the survey and some declined to complete the survey.
